Bangladesh’s RMG exports rose by 10.20 per cent to $36.56 billion between July 2024 and May 2025.
Knitwear outpaced woven garments in growth, while home textiles also saw modest gains.
Cotton product exports rose marginally during the period but declined sharply in May 2025.
The government revised historical data downward, showing RMG exports fell 5.22 per cent in fiscal 23–24 to $36.15 billion.
